Download Firefox Aurora - Test the Alpha version of Firefox "Better Than Firefox 4 In Terms Of Stability And Performance"
Mozilla Firefox 15 Aurora is the Alpha version of Firefox. Please note that because this is an early development version of Firefox, it can be very unstable and may not work with many add-ons.
If you want to test the latest version of Firefox then the Aurora releases are always worth keeping track of. One of the first things you'll notice with Firefox Aurora however is that many of your add-ons are incompatible with it. However, when you install it, it won't overwrite your existing installation of Firefox - it runs as a separate application so you can test it to your heart's content without worrying.
The most interesting changes in version 15 are native support for viewing PDF documents, SPDY 3 support and improvements to prevent add-on related memory leaks
Firefox 15 Aurora doesn't offer anything special but hardcore Firefox fans should keep an eye on it for the latest Mozilla innovations.

Firefox 5 Aurora is a step up from Firefox 4 in terms of speed and performance. I am only assuming the reviewer of Firefox Aurora didn't actually use the product and labeled it unstable solely because it's a nightly alpha build. Which doesn't automatically make it worse than the official build.
The only downside to Aurora is the fact not many Add-ons are compatible with Aurora yet. And the fact right now no really advanced features show which is typical for an nightly alpha build.
Overall if you can handle disabling security checks and don't use download managers such as FlashGet then you should enjoy Firefox 5 Aurora. If FlashGet or Download Accelerator Plus worked with Aurora, I would be using it over Firefox 4. It's by far better overall.
